Welcome to Ignite – Your Space, Your Journey!

Feeling stuck? Stressed out? Wondering what’s next?
You’re not alone – and that’s exactly why Ignite exists.

Ignite is here for young people aged 11 and up who are ready to take control of their lives, explore what really matters to them, and start building a future that feels right. Whether you're struggling with your mental health, facing tough choices, or just looking for something to spark your passion – we've got you.

What is Ignite? It’s more than just support – it’s a launchpad.

A place where you can:

  • Talk to someone who gets it – no judgement, just support
  • Make sense of life’s big decisions – school, relationships, your future
  • Try new things – creative, sporty, weird, wonderful, scary – we’ve got you!
  • Find your thing – that one interest or goal that gives you direction and purpose.
  • Build confidence – in who you are and what you can do

Whether you're feeling low, overwhelmed, confused, or just meh – we’re here to help you feel more like you again.

Why is it called Ignite?

Because sometimes all it takes is a spark – A spark of hope. A spark of purpose. A spark of change.

And when you’re ready, we’ll be right here to help you light it up.

Support in Education

School feeling overwhelming? You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Whether you’re finding it hard to go to school, struggling to keep up with lessons, feeling anxious about friendships, or just not enjoying it the way you used to - we get it. School can be a lot, and when things start to feel too much, it can affect every part of your life.

That’s where Ignite comes in.

We offer unbiased, non-judgemental support to help you work through whatever’s getting in the way – whether that’s anxiety, confidence, friendship issues, learning struggles, or just feeling lost. For some young people, this can look like Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) – where going to school feels impossible. If that’s you, you’re not alone – and we can help.

We work in schools, out of schools, and in the spaces that feel right for you. That could mean therapy, home support, 1:1 sessions, or friendly group meet ups that help you feel seen, heard, and supported. We’re here to help you build confidence, reconnect with learning, and feel more in control – at your own pace.

You're not just a student – you're a person with thoughts, feelings and potential. And we’re here to help you rediscover all of it.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Support

Struggling with your mental health? We’re here for you.

Life doesn’t always feel easy – and sometimes, it can feel like too much. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, living with a disability, feeling low in confidence, or just not sure how to cope, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

At Ignite, we offer emotional wellbeing support in a way that works for you. That could be one-to-one sessions with someone who really listens, or small group spaces where you can connect with others going through similar things. There’s no pressure to talk before you’re ready – just a chance to be heard, understood, and supported.

We also offer specialist trauma counselling if you’ve been through something difficult or overwhelming – things that are hard to put into words or that still affect you day to day. This support is gentle, private, and built around helping you feel safe, seen, and in control of your own story again.

And if you’re grieving – whether that’s the loss of someone close, a big life change, or something you don’t quite know how to explain – our grief counselling can help you make sense of those feelings. You don’t have to ‘move on’ or ‘get over it’. We’ll sit with you in it, and help you find your way through.

You matter. And whatever you're feeling – we’ll walk alongside you.
