Yes — we are proud to be a key partner within the Connected Care Network, a collaborative of organisations working together to provide joined-up, community-based support for children, young people, and families across the region.
Being part of this network helps us ensure families are supported holistically, with quicker access to the right services, reduced duplication, and stronger coordination across education, health, social care and voluntary sector partners.
Ordinary Magic is one of the founding partners of the Connected Care Network, and we work closely with the other brilliant organisations involved to deliver truly wraparound care.

Yes — our services are designed to support a graduated approach, offering the right support at the right time.
We often act as the lead professional for early intervention support, particularly where families are not yet open to statutory services. In more complex situations, we work closely alongside health, education and social care partners as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Even when we are not the lead agency, we can continue to provide consistent, child-centred input that complements wider statutory support — always aiming to reduce duplication and keep things simple for families.
Our goal is to make sure families feel supported, understood, and never passed around — just helped in the way that’s most helpful.
Yes please — and thank you! We’re a not-for-profit organisation and rely on the generosity of our community to keep our services going. Whether you want to run a fundraiser, donate, or spread the word, every little helps.
